Kairo is a time management and productivity tool (Pomodoro style) offering features such as statistics, app blocking, and ambient sounds. The app does not require a user account; all data is stored locally on your device or via your personal iCloud storage.
Kairo offers premium features through monthly or annual subscriptions, as well as a one-time "Lifetime" purchase.
Kairo includes an "App Blocker" feature to help you focus. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee that the blocking feature will be 100% effective at all times due to OS limitations or updates. You are responsible for ensuring that Kairo’s settings do not interfere with your critical device functions.
Kairo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer (Diego Mesquita Mendes) disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, that your focus statistics will be perfectly accurate, or that the app will meet all your specific requirements.
In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, loss of productivity, or missed deadlines) arising out of your use or inability to use the app. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
All source code, designs, graphics, and sounds within Kairo are the intellectual property of Diego Mesquita Mendes. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
